Launched in the summer of 2023, Yellow Dog Craft BBQ was created as a way for us to flex our BBQ and food creative muscles. By using the Yellow Dog food truck on the weekends at Batch Brewing Company, we have come up with a number of items which have appeared on the regular menu for the brewery. We've even take the trailer on the road to a number of beer festivals, cooked for large-scale events, and help alleviate some pressure on our taproom kitchen when we get busy on event days.
